Well it’s finally finished and Maffi is back in the UK too! (And yes it did over run.)

So with a bit of look he will be moved on next week and ready for the off in the next week or two. I still have another lot of final photos to upload into the gallery but in the mean I have done quite a lot of updates to be going on with.
You can take a look at plenty of pictures of the work so far in the
Gallery

Unfortunately the view on the web cam is a bit boring now and will have to be restricted to the wharf camera. In the next couple of weeks I will put together a bit of a streaming video of the interior for you to look at.

The picture above is near live and updated by refreshing the page and still image every 15 seconds. (Occasionally the image will be dropped if your browser refresh coincides with the realtime server image being uploaded.) For a faster refresh rate driven by a Java applet click HERE a new popup window will open.

If you have a fairly fast connection and are running Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator then you can view real time video from the webcam by clicking HERE. (A new window will be opened.)

Note this feature uses ActiveX which is a Microsoft product. When viewing the camera you may be prompted to install new components or agree to security warnings, doing so will allow you to view the camera. (Nothing nasty will be installed on your PC!)

If you are using another browser please let me know the result.
